Our Roots
Kagoshima and Life on the Farm
I was born and raised in Kagoshima, Japan, where my family runs a vegetable farm. Growing up in a farming family, I was surrounded by producers who put their hearts into their work.
Our Journey
Connecting Japanese Producers with the World
When my parents began exporting vegetables, I often accompanied them to overseas promotional events and helped export produce from other local farmers. I also gained valuable experience working in the Japanese food export industry and building strong relationships with producers.
A New Perspective
Inspired by My Experience in Vancouver
While studying abroad in Vancouver, I realized that many delicious Japanese foods—and the richness of Japanese food culture itself—are still not widely known or fully appreciated outside Japan. This experience strengthened my desire to share authentic, high-quality Japanese food with people around the world.
